Tirreno-Adriatico is a week-long stage race crossing central Italy from the Tyrrhenian Sea to the Adriatic coast. Known as the Race of the Two Seas, it runs concurrently with Paris-Nice and attracts a world-class field of stage race contenders.
The race typically features a varied parcours including a team time trial, sprint stages, mountain stages, and a concluding individual time trial, making it an excellent all-round test ahead of the Spring Classics and Grand Tours.
